Quaranteening

Hola! We’re back with our first post! Yay!!! So as you read from the title, this post is gonna be about quaranteening (no, that’s NOT a typo).

A while before quarantine, we turned thirteen! It was so exciting because we got to experience the world as an official teenager but it only lasted for so long (or so we thought).  You know how it goes after this right? We all started practicing social-distancing, self-isolation and basically just avoiding the whole world. After a while, the government announced lockdown.

That hit us hard. We wanted our first year of teenage to be ‘perfect’. But of course, it wasn’t cause nothing is perfect…right?

Later on, after numerous days of staying in our pajamas all day and binge watching Netflix, we realized that just because we are avoiding being social doesn’t mean that we can’t be a normal teenager. Then we started looking up things to do in quarantine that is not watching Netflix. We started spending more time with our family, reading books, listening to music, having dance parties (with just the two of us, of course!) and just spending our time usefully (not that watching Netflix is not useful ;D ).

Concluding, let’s take this time to take a break and slowdown and also connect with ourselves and our families and finally let’s return from this quarantine revamped, being our better selves. 

Btw, today is One Direction’s ten year anniversary!! Yayy! We can’t believe it’s been 10 whole years! #10YearsOf1D We are such BIG fans of their music (even each of their solo music). They're music means a lot to us. It always tends to calm us and gets us in a good mood. Yeah, they are on a hiatus but we don’t know what the future holds right? 

Once a directioner, always a directioner! Proud to be one!

For those of you who doesn't know who One Direction is, they were a boy band and they have been on a hiatus since 2016.
