Always Better Together xx

Heyyyyyy! We’re here on #DreamerSunday! Today’s all about FRIENDSHIP! Woooo!! For those of you who don’t know, today is national friendship day (so that explains it!). We both have been terribly missing those days where we actually get to celebrate friendship days with you know- our friends. But the virus just HAD to get in the way! So instead of sitting at home, missing those days, we thought of doing something for friendship day.

Basically in this post we will be discussing about a friendship – the weirdness, secrets, craziness, love, trust, etc. and also keep an eye out for our friendship stories. Let’s goooo!

“We’re all a little weird and when we find those people whose weirdness is compatible, we join up with them and fall into a mutually satisfying weirdness and call them our best friends.” – Boy Meets World

When we read this quote, we straight away realized that there is weirdness in EVERY friendship and no matter how weird or crazy it gets, your best friend will ALWAYS love you. Never forget that weirdness isn’t a flaw, it’s a beauty. Your quirkiness is what makes you, you; and no one can remind you that better than your best friend.

Our human diaries, they are. Anything and everything you want to let out, you have them right beside you! We don’t need to worry about how they will react to anything we say, because we know we won’t be judged and if we think about it, that’s the best thing in a friendship!

Similarly, there are a lot of other components in a friendship; but now we are going to get into our friendship stories :D

Pranavaa: So my bestie, Aishu, is the BEST! Words CANNOT describe her. She’s the world’s most incredible girl! She also really patient (I mean, she puts up with me so). She stands with me through thick and thin (I’m not just saying this for the sake of it; it’s very true!). She can read me like a book (and she’s such a BIG book worm). Our friendship has evolved over all these years. There was a time when we were so close and then not so close and now we’re super close again (and I know it’ll stay like this forever J). I remember days when I was so upset and used cry my eyes out when all she did was hug me and told me everything was gonna be fine, and that was everything I ever needed. We’ve had so much crazy times together and I never want these to end. Aishu, if you’re reading this, thank you so much for EVERYTHING! Love you to the moon and back! :D

Sunethra: I have a lot of friends but one of my closest is Dhanya. I’ve known her for 12-13 years now (how crazy is that? She’s literally our first friend!). We were close friends since the very beginning but not as close as now. Dhanya is a wonderful person. No matter how sad I am, she can always uplift my spirits. She is my human diary. Nobody can encourage someone better than her. I have a lot more to write about her with a lot of weird and never- ending friendship stories but I don’t want to bore you right now so I’ll share those stories in another blog post!
