How to have a PRODUCTIVE morning routine?
Hiya dreamers, how’s it goin’ in Dreamland? We’re back on #DreamerSunday with the first blog post of the segment ‘With love, P&S’. In this segment, we’ll be giving out advice, tips and how to’s etc. Today we’ll be sharing some tips on how to have a productive morning routine. So let’s goooo.
1. Don’t sleep in late, try waking up at least an hour before getting to your agenda for the day- Don’t rush up your mornings. As morning is the beginning of your day, try to make it slow, mindful and more positive.
2. Drink water after you wake up- When you wake up, your body will feel dry as you haven’t drank water in a long time. Drinking a couple glasses of water will re hydrate your body and keep it healthy. Drinking water in the morning will help you feel fresh.
3. Make your bed- Making your bed every morning is a big fat check. It’s generally an important and a good habit. And another element about making your bed is that it just tidies up your room.
4. Try stretching every morning- Doing any movement as soon as you wake up will awaken your muscles and get you going.
5. Journaling, morning pages- You can jot down all that’s going on your mind onto a paper. This will take out the pressure of your chest, helps you refresh and make you feel light. You can also try meditating.
6. Pick out an outfit that reflects your mood or something that you feel comfortable in, etc. - Choosing out a proper outfit can set the tone of your day. Try granting time for picking out your outfit for the day.
So yeah guys, this is what we have for you guys today. And we just wanna put in a little reminder that we ain’t professionals and this came in from our own experiences. Hope it helps! Stay tuned for our next post where we’ll be narrating our morning routines which will be under the segment ‘The Dreamer Way’.
With Love,
P & S
P.S. Wake up with DETERMINATION. Go to bed with SATISFACTION.
Thanks for sharing the wonderful tips!! Keep going
ReplyDeleteOooh, loved it!! Definitely trying the morning pages and the journaling!! 😄
ReplyDeleteNICE! Tell us how it goes!
DeleteGreat tips girls
ReplyDeleteNice ideas for refreshment...
I'll do it 😊😊
Glad to know it'll help!!
DeleteTrue... it probably will help!
ReplyDeletetysm!!
DeleteBy the way, I tried 1D! I don't think I'll be a Directioner... I'm sorry about that, but whoever is the lyricist deserves a cookie. Do they write their lyrics themselves? I heard What Makes You Beautiful. BTS write some lyrics themselves, sometimes whole songs. Maybe I won't be a Directioner, but I like the lyrics a lot.
ReplyDeleteHaha I get it! We all have different tastes in music. (I'm not into KPOP too, so we're even. Lmao).
DeleteWell, they wrote like half of their lyrics. They also got a lot of help from other songwriters.
WMYB was not written by them because it was one of their VERY first songs. But they wrote more songs after that.
Btw, WMYB is a short form for What Makes You Beautiful
DeleteYeah, I got the short form (tho Idk how!)! I kind of like 1D too. Just not enough to be an official Directioner. Didn't I already mention that?
DeleteOh, and I also checked out Sabrina Carpenter! She's so cool! I learned to play 'Thumbs' on the keyboard, and my faves are probably 'Sue Me' and 'Lookin' At Me.'
Even BTS do that. Write their lyrics and sometimes get help, I mean. Wait, didn't I already mention that?
But sadly, BLACKPINK isn't even ALLOWED to write their own songs. If they secretly even write poetry, YG takes away the work and probably burns it. I hate that smelly bucket of nose drool for that.
Do you like Sabrina?
DeleteYesssssss!
DeleteI love her music!!!
She's my favorite female artist!!
Woah! I also like Billie and Ariana. They're really fun, and the lyrics are meaningful.
DeleteYea! They're super cool too!
DeleteThough Billie sings really low notes, so it's difficult to sing along, I really like her lyrics and stuff. Do you know who's her lyricist (most of the time)?
DeleteCynthia Joseph - Good share Pranava & Sunethra. This really works wonderfully on my own experience. Happy that you'll are aware in your young age. Keep going girls 🙂
